New Avatar Episodes

Mon Jul 14, 2008, 5:32 PM
I just noticed that a new episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender is on right now (Monday 8pm) on Nickelodeon.

A commercial said that there will be a new episode every night this week at 8pm. Reruns of the episode from the previous night will air at 7:30pm. So anyone who missed night's episode can watch it tomorrow right before the next new episode.

Looking at TV listings online, for friday there will be four episodes back-to-back as a 2 hour movie. They will be the final episodes for the season (maybe even the series). So ALL of the remaining episodes will air this week.

...I just wanted to warn everyone. There doesn't seem like there's any pattern for when Nickelodeon airs new episodes. It's been 4-5 months since the first half of the third season.

I know, I just finished watching the first new episode.
I owe you big time man lol. I missed the eastern showing of tonights, but I can still catch the western time slot haha.
Once again, I owe you for posting this journal.
Well this feels kinda weird. Then airing them now of all times. And all at once. It won't feel as great to see them all and then have nothing left.
I wonder when we will get them up here in Canada.
Ack! Avatar totally fell off of my radar! Hopefully the DVR got it...

Thanks, Lightfoot!
Finally!

I'm not much of a Nickelodeon fan and all their new shows (Spongebob's still okay in my list), but when I was a kid I would never miss an episode of Ren & Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life.

I also read that this will be the last of Avatar after this season. Meanwhile, the sponge still has a strangle hold on our children. :X

The funny thing is, they had aired a lot of these new episodes in differing countries, and they have been online for more than a month.
